Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Rich Aromas, we strive to dispatch all confirmed orders in a timely and efficient manner while ensuring safe and secure handling of our aromatic ingredients.

Order Processing & Dispatch

All orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.

Our standard dispatch timeline is 3–5 working days from the date of payment confirmation. Bulk, customized, or high-volume B2B orders may require additional processing time.

Dispatch timelines are indicative and may vary depending on order volume, operational requirements, or public holidays.

If you require dispatch within a specific timeframe, we recommend contacting us prior to placing your order for confirmation.

Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch are:

  • Within India: 3–10 working days
  • International shipments: 7–14 working days (subject to customs clearance and local regulations)

Delivery timelines depend on destination location, courier operations, customs procedures, and other external transit conditions beyond our direct control.

Courier Partners

We work with reputable logistics partners including BlueDart, DTDC, Delhivery, India Post, Trackon, Maruti Courier, and other professional logistics providers as required.

Courier selection is based on serviceability, delivery efficiency, and operational feasibility.

If a selected courier service is not available for your postal code, we reserve the right to ship via an alternative reliable courier partner.

In rare cases where a location is not serviceable by our logistics network, we will contact you to explore alternative arrangements.

Tracking & Shipment Responsibility

Tracking details will be shared via email once the shipment is dispatched.

Once the order is handed over to the courier partner, customers are requested to monitor shipment progress using the tracking information provided. We will reasonably assist in case of abnormal delays or shipment irregularities.

Rich Aromas shall not be held responsible for delays caused by courier partners, customs authorities, weather disruptions, strikes, regulatory actions, or other force majeure events.

Holidays & Operational Closures

Dispatch operations may be affected during national holidays, public holidays, or officially declared operational closures. Orders placed during such periods will be processed on the next working day.

Address Accuracy & Re-Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at the time of order placement.

Orders returned due to incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, or failed delivery attempts may attract re-shipping charges. Any additional courier costs incurred for re-delivery shall be borne by the customer.
